Hello Basketball Family,
This FALL Open gym is starting September 7th. We will start our Fall Workouts. Starting at 6:30 pm.
Tuesdays: first hour weights, last ½ hour shooting, and conditioning.
Wednesday: first hour Yoga remainder of time shooting drills/implement plays.
Thursday: weights and implement defense. Possible league
One Saturday out of the month we will find a mountain trail and climb it.
